All activity on your account prior to reporting an unauthorised access is your responsibility.

If ad77 has reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or permanently close the associated account. We will communicate our findings to the player before taking permanent action where practical.
ad77 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Active bonus balances will not be retroactively reduced if a promotion is discontinued after a player has already qualified. Changes will be announced on the Promotions page with reasonable notice.
All bets on ad77 are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Bets are binding once confirmed by the platform — you will receive a bet slip reference number confirming acceptance. If a technical error results in odds being displayed incorrectly, ad77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's balance. We will always communicate such voidances clearly.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the result is determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to players' balances. For events that begin but are not completed, ad77 follows established industry standards for each sport — for example, in cricket, a match that reaches the Duckworth-Lewis qualification criteria is treated as a completed result for betting purposes. The maximum payout on any single sports bet on ad77 is Rs 2,000,000. For accumulator bets, the maximum combined payout is Rs 5,000,000 per ticket. If a winning bet would exceed these limits, the payout is capped at the maximum and the excess is not payable. Placing multiple bets designed to circumvent maximum payout limits is not permitted.
Match fixing: Placing bets on the basis of inside information about match outcomes, or participating in any activity that constitutes match manipulation, is illegal and is a permanent ban offence on ad77. We cooperate fully with relevant authorities in investigating suspicious betting patterns.
All casino game outcomes on ad77 — slots, live casino, and other RNG-based games — are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live casino, by physical dealer actions in monitored studios. ad77 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game are accurate and based on long-term statistical averages — they do not guarantee results for any individual session.
If you are disconnected from a live casino game before a round is completed, the round will be resolved according to the normal game outcome. If your bet was already placed before disconnection, the result applies to your placed bet and your balance is updated accordingly when you reconnect. If disconnection occurs before a bet is placed, no bet is registered and no funds are deducted.
All real money Ludo games on ad77 are played against other registered human players. No bots are used. If a player disconnects during a Ludo game, a 60-second reconnection window is provided. Failure to reconnect within this window results in automatic forfeiture. In 1v1 Quick Duel rooms, the remaining player is declared the winner.
